These terms are between you and Boxteria, operating from Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Boxteria is a snap-open disinfectant pouch for boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai gloves — 12ml, 4cm × 4cm, eucalyptus. It is made for thick gloves and is not suitable for 4oz Muay Thai gloves. We keep the descriptions and photographs on this site as accurate as we can manage.
It is a cleaning product. It is not a medicine and it is not a treatment for anything.
Prices on this site are in Malaysian ringgit. A bag of 8 is RM 22.18. Twelve bags are RM 114.24, which includes the hand wrap.
The product page can show those prices converted into another currency as a guide. That figure is indicative only: it is worked out from an exchange rate we store and refresh by hand, not a live one, and your own bank’s rate and fees will differ. It is not what you pay. Every order is charged in ringgit.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee that we will fill it. We can refuse or cancel any order — if stock has run out, if a price was listed wrong, or if something about the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you have paid, you get all of it back.
Prices change from time to time. The price you were quoted when you ordered is the price you pay.
You put the order together on the checkout page, pay from your own banking app by DuitNow QR or bank transfer, and attach the receipt before finishing. The order reaches us the moment you press Complete purchase.
Nothing is charged on this website. There is no card checkout and no payment page here, so your card and bank details never pass through it. Put your order number in the transfer reference — it is what ties your payment to your parcel, and without it we may not be able to match the two.
An order is only complete once the receipt is attached. We check payments against the receipts before we pack, so a receipt that does not match the amount will hold the order up.
We process orders as fast as we can, so a change or cancellation has to reach us within 12 hours of ordering. After that the order is already moving and we cannot stop it — but you can still send it back once it arrives. See section 6.
We ship from Subang Jaya. Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days and go out the next day after processing. Allow longer over holidays and sale periods.
We ship anywhere in Malaysia with J&T Express. Postage is charged at J&T’s own rate for the weight of your parcel and the zone it is going to — we do not mark it up. The checkout works it out before you pay, so there is nothing to settle afterwards.
Once the parcel is with the courier, delays are theirs rather than ours — but message us and we will chase it for you.
If you are outside Malaysia, your order may attract customs duty or import tax where you live. Those are yours to pay and they are not included in anything you paid us.
If your order has not reached you 30 days after it shipped, you get a full refund.
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. Message us on WhatsApp at 014-658 0767 with your order details and we will send you the return address.
You pay the cost of sending it back. Once it reaches us and we have checked it, we refund to your original payment method. We send it within 3 business days of the return reaching us; how quickly it lands after that is your bank’s side of it.
If the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, that one is on us: we cover the return postage and refund you in full.
Extra Shipping Protection (RM 5.00, optional, added at checkout) covers the parcel in transit. If the packaging arrives damp, or the pouches have burst inside the bag, send it back and we refund the order in full — including what you paid to post it back to us. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph of how it arrived.
Boxteria is safe for direct skin contact on any skin type and is formulated to be hydrating. Use it as described — one pouch inside the glove, popped once, left to do its work.
Do not drink it. Keep it out of your eyes; if any gets in, rinse with water. If you have a skin condition, or your skin reacts to it, stop using it.
The words, photographs and logo on this site belong to Boxteria. Please do not copy, scrape or republish them without asking us first.
Do not interfere with how the site works, scrape it, or place orders using details that are not yours.
As far as Malaysian law allows: we are responsible for the product being what we said it is and for getting it to you. We are not responsible for indirect losses that follow from it — damaged equipment, a missed session, anything downstream of that. If you have a claim against us, it is capped at what you paid for the order in question.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If a court strikes out one part of these terms, the rest of them still stand.
We may update these terms. The date at the top is always the current version. Keep using the site after a change and you are accepting it.
